🔥 Classic Garbage Bread Recipe
🧀 Ingredients:

1 pound pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

1/2 pound ground beef or sausage, cooked and drained

1/2 cup pepperoni slices (optional)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 small onion, diced
-
1/2 green pepper, diced
-
1/2 cup marinara or pizza sauce (plus extra for dipping)

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Olive oil (for brushing)

Parmesan cheese (optional)
🍳 Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll out the dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface.

Spread the sauce in the center of the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.

Add fillings: layer cooked beef, pepperoni, veggies, and cheeses.

Sprinkle seasoning evenly over the top.

Roll it up jelly-roll style from the long side, then pinch the seams shut.

Transfer to the baking sheet seam-side down. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan if using.
