Florida Shrimp Pie
🧺 Ingredients:

1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust (store-bought or homemade)

1 lb small cooked shrimp, peeled & deveined (chopped if large)

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup diced green onions

1/4 cup chopped celery
-
1/4 cup diced red bell pepper

2 large eggs
-
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers or breadcrumbs (optional topping)

1 tbsp butter, melted (for topping)

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the crust: Place the unbaked pie crust in a pie dish and prick the bottom with a fork. Bake for 8 minutes. Set aside to cool slightly.
