Instructions
1. Preheat and Prepare Pan
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease and flour a 10-inch bundt pan or tube pan.
2. Cream Butter, Oil, and Sugar
In a large mixing bowl, beat together butter, oil, and sugar until light and fluffy (about 3–5 minutes).
3. Add Eggs
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
4. Add Extracts
Stir in all five flavor extracts.
5. Mix Dry Ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
6. Combine Wet and Dry
Add flour mixture alternately with the milk, beginning and ending with the flour. Mix until just combined — don’t overbeat.
7. Bake
Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
8. Cool

9. Glaze (optional)
Mix glaze ingredients in a small bowl until smooth. Drizzle over cooled cake.
