Easiest Vegetable Stir-Fry

Sure, here’s a simple recipe for vegetable stir-fry:

Ingredients:

  • Assorted vegetables (such as bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, snap peas, mushrooms, onions, etc.), sliced or chopped
  • Garlic, minced
  • Ginger, minced or grated
  • Soy sauce
  • Sesame oil or vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: tofu, chicken, shrimp, or beef (if you want to add protein)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the vegetables by washing and chopping them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add a tablespoon of oil to the skillet.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger to the skillet and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the harder vegetables (like carrots and broccoli) to the skillet first, as they take longer to cook. Stir-fry for a few minutes until they start to soften slightly.
  5. Add the remaining vegetables to the skillet and continue to stir-fry for another 3-5 minutes until all the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  6. If you’re adding protein (like tofu, chicken, shrimp, or beef), you can cook it separately and then add it to the stir-fry at this point.
  7. Season the stir-fry with soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste. You can also add a splash of sesame oil for extra flavor.
  8. Continue to stir-fry for another minute or two until everything is heated through and well combined.
  9. Serve the vegetable stir-fry hot as a side dish or over rice or noodles for a complete meal.
