Here’s a delicious Dr Pepper Brownies recipe — moist, fudgy, and packed with a subtle cherry-cola richness that sets them apart!
Dr Pepper Brownies
Ingredients:
-
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted
-
1 ½ cups granulated sugar
-
½ cup brown sugar
-
¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
-
½ tsp salt
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
2 large eggs
-
½ cup Dr Pepper (not diet)
-
1 cup all-purpose flour
-
Optional: ½ cup chocolate chips or chopped pecans
Instructions:
-
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
-
In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, sugars, cocoa powder, salt, and vanilla.
-
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
-
Stir in the Dr Pepper — it will fizz a little; that’s normal!
-
Gently fold in the flour until just combined (don’t overmix).
-
If using, fold in chocolate chips or nuts.
-
Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
-
Bake for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
-
Let cool completely before slicing into squares.
