Dr Pepper Brownies

Here’s a delicious Dr Pepper Brownies recipe — moist, fudgy, and packed with a subtle cherry-cola richness that sets them apart!


Dr Pepper Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar

  • ½ cup brown sugar

  • ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 large eggs

  • ½ cup Dr Pepper (not diet)

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • Optional: ½ cup chocolate chips or chopped pecans


Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, sugars, cocoa powder, salt, and vanilla.

  3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

  4. Stir in the Dr Pepper — it will fizz a little; that’s normal!

  5. Gently fold in the flour until just combined (don’t overmix).

  6. If using, fold in chocolate chips or nuts.

  7. Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.

  8. Bake for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.

  9. Let cool completely before slicing into squares.
