Detox Water

Here’s a simple and refreshing Detox Water recipe that helps hydrate your body, support digestion, and flush out toxins:


πŸ‹ Classic Detox Water

Ingredients:

  • 1 lemon, sliced

  • 1 cucumber, sliced

  • 6–8 fresh mint leaves

  • 1-inch piece of ginger, sliced (optional)

  • 1–2 liters cold water

  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Add lemon slices, cucumber slices, mint leaves, and ginger (if using) to a large pitcher.

  2. Pour in the cold water.

  3. Let it sit in the fridge for at least 2–4 hours (or overnight) to infuse.

  4. Serve chilled with ice cubes if desired.
