  • 1 package of won ton wrappers
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup diced cucumbers
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers (assorted colors for visual appeal)

  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely diced (optional, for added heat)
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the salsa: In a mixing bowl, combine diced tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño (if using), lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well and set aside.
  3. Shape the cups: Take each won ton wrapper and gently press it into the cups of a muffin tin, creating a cup shape. Lightly spray or brush the won ton wrappers with cooking spray or olive oil.
