Here’s a delicious recipe for Crispy Garlic Parmesan Potatoes—golden, cheesy, and packed with flavor!


Crispy Garlic Parmesan Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lbs (about 700g) baby potatoes or small Yukon Gold potatoes

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)

  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano or thyme

  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese (fresh is best)

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)


Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and lightly grease.

  2. Prep the potatoes:
    Wash and halve the potatoes (or quarter if large). Pat dry for extra crispiness.

  3. Make the garlic oil:
    In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.

  4. Coat the potatoes:
    Toss the potatoes in the garlic oil mixture until well coated.

  5. Arrange & top with Parmesan:
    Place potatoes cut-side down on the baking sheet. Sprinkle Parmesan evenly over the tops.

  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the bottoms are golden and crispy and the cheese is browned.

  7. Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
