Crispy Buttered Ranch Chicken
Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs

1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix

1 cup crushed cornflakes or Ritz crackers

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp paprika (optional, for color)

Salt and black pepper, to taste

½ cup melted butter (unsalted)
Instructions:

Preheat oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with foil and spray with nonstick spray. -
Prepare coating mixture:
