Ingredients:
Crust:

1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers or Golden Oreos

¼ cup granulated sugar

½ cup unsalted butter, melted
White Chocolate Layer:

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 cup white chocolate chips, melted and slightly cooled

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 ½ cups whipped topping (Cool Whip or homemade whipped cream)
Pudding Layer:

1 (3.3 oz) box white chocolate instant pudding mix

1 ¾ cups cold milk
Topping:

Remaining whipped topping (1 ½ cups or more)

White chocolate curls or shavings (optional)
Instructions:

Make the crust:
In a medium bowl, mix crushed graham crackers (or Oreos), sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
Press into the bottom of a 9×9-inch dish. Chill in the fridge while you prepare the layers. -
Creamy white chocolate layer:
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
Add powdered sugar, melted white chocolate, and vanilla extract. Beat until fluffy.
Fold in 1 ½ cups whipped topping. Spread over the crust. -
Pudding layer:
In another bowl, whisk pudding mix and milk for about 2 minutes until thickened.
