Yum, cream cheese corn casserole is a cozy, crowd-pleasing dish! Here’s a simple and delicious recipe for it:


Cream Cheese Corn Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 2 (15 oz) cans whole kernel corn, drained

  • 1 (15 oz) can cream-style corn

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix (8.5 oz)

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • Optional: 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese or chopped jalapeños for extra flavor

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, cream cheese, melted butter, sour cream, corn muffin mix, salt, and pepper until well combined.

  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.

  4. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.

  5. (Optional) Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top during the last 10 minutes of baking if desired.

  6. Let it cool for 5-10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
