Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or any preferred type)
  • 1/2 cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, onions, spinach, etc.)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
