Here’s a simple and tasty way to cook broccoli:

🥦 Basic Sautéed Broccoli (Quick & Flavorful)

Ingredients:

  • 1 head of broccoli (cut into florets)

  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil or butter

  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Optional: squeeze of lemon juice or red chili flakes

Instructions:

  1. Prep: Rinse and cut broccoli into bite-sized florets.

  2. Blanch (optional): For extra tender-crisp texture, boil broccoli in salted water for 2 minutes, then transfer to ice water. Drain.

  3. Sauté: Heat olive oil or butter in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.

  4. Cook: Add broccoli florets. Stir-fry for 4–6 minutes, until vibrant green and tender but still crisp.

  5. Season: Add salt, pepper, and a splash of lemon juice or chili flakes if desired.
