Sure, here’s a simple recipe for Chocolate Avocado Pudding:

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Optional toppings: sliced berries, chopped nuts, shredded coconut

Instructions:

  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor.
  2. Add cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the blender.
  3. Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy. You may need to scrape down the sides of the blender or food processor to ensure everything is well mixed.
  4. Taste the pudding and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or maple syrup.
  5. Once the pudding reaches your desired consistency and taste, transfer it to serving bowls or glasses.
  6. Refrigerate the pudding for at least 30 minutes to chill and set.
  7. Before serving, you can garnish the pudding with sliced berries, chopped nuts, or shredded coconut if desired.
