Cherry Heaven Dessert
Ingredients:
- 1 package (3 ounces) cherry gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 can (21 ounces) cherry pie filling
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
- 1 pre-made graham cracker crust (9 inches)
Instructions:
- Dissolve cherry gelatin in boiling water in a large bowl. Stir until completely dissolved.
- Stir in cherry pie filling and set aside.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream until well blended.
- Spread cream cheese mixture into the graham cracker crust.
- Pour the cherry mixture over the cream cheese layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
