⭐ Ingredients:

8 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or linguine)

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

3 tbsp butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

1/2 cup dry white wine or chicken broth

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp lemon zest

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella

1/4 cup chopped parsley

Salt & pepper, to taste

1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Cook pasta in salted water until just al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes; sauté for 1 minute.
