🧀 CHEESY SHRIMP, SAUSAGE & BACON PASTA
⭐ Ingredients:

8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)

6 slices bacon, chopped

8 oz smoked sausage, sliced (andouille or kielbasa work great)

1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined

2 tbsp butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

1½ cups heavy cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt & pepper, to taste

Chopped parsley, for garnish

Cook the Pasta:

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Bacon:

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. Leave about 1 tbsp of bacon fat in the pan.
