Ingredients:
- 6 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Layer the Potatoes:
- Spread half of the sliced potatoes evenly in the dish.
- Top with half of the chopped onion, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Repeat with the remaining potatoes and onions.
- Make the Cheese Sauce:
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
