🧀 Cheesy Cabbage Casserole
Ingredients:

1 medium head of green cabbage, chopped

1 medium onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp butter or olive oil

1 cup sour cream

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom (or chicken) soup

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper
-
½ tsp paprika
-
½ tsp dried thyme (optional)

1 cup crushed Ritz crackers or breadcrumbs

2 tbsp melted butter (for topping)
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13″ baking dish.

Sauté vegetables:

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

Add onion and garlic, cook for 2–3 minutes.

Add chopped cabbage, cook for 8–10 minutes until soft and slightly caramelized. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
