Ingredients:

1 lb (450g) thinly sliced beef ribeye or sirloin

1 green bell pepper, sliced

1 small onion, sliced

1 cup mushrooms, sliced (optional)

Salt & pepper, to taste

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

6–8 slices provolone cheese or mozzarella
For the Garlic Bread:

1 large French or Italian bread loaf

1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, softened

3–4 garlic cloves, minced

2 tbsp chopped parsley

1/4 tsp salt
-
1/4 tsp black pepper
-
1/4 cup grated Parmesan (optional)
Instructions:

Preheat Oven:

Set oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Filling:

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add sliced onions, peppers, and mushrooms. Sauté until soft (5–6 minutes).
