Cheeseburger Egg Rolls

Here’s a delicious and crispy Cheeseburger Egg Rolls recipe — a perfect snack or party appetizer!


🍔 Cheeseburger Egg Rolls

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 small onion, finely diced

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

  • 1 tbsp ketchup

  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 12 egg roll wrappers

  • Oil for frying (vegetable or canola)

Optional for Serving:

  • Pickles (chopped and mixed in or on the side)

  • Dipping sauce: ketchup, fry sauce, or burger sauce


🔥 Instructions:

  1. Cook Filling:

    • In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned and cooked through. Drain excess grease.

    • Stir in garlic powder, salt, pepper, ketchup, and mustard. Cook for 1–2 minutes more.

    • Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheese. Let cool slightly.

  2. Assemble Egg Rolls:

    • Lay an egg roll wrapper with one corner pointing toward you (diamond shape).

    • Add about 2–3 tablespoons of cheeseburger mixture in the center.

    • Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll up tightly.

    • Seal the top edge with a dab of water.

  3. Fry:

    • Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) in a deep skillet or fryer.

    • Fry egg rolls in batches until golden brown, about 3–4 minutes, turning occasionally.

    • Drain on paper towels.
