Cheese bread with only 2 ingredients

You can make a simple cheese bread with just two ingredients: cheese and flour. Here’s a quick recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite cheese)
  • 1 cup of self-rising flour

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheese and the self-rising flour. Mix until well combined and forms a dough.
  3. Form the Dough: Divide the dough into small balls, about the size of a golf ball, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese bread is golden brown.
  5. Serve: Let them cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your cheesy bread!

Tips:

  • If you don’t have self-rising flour, you can make your own by mixing 1 cup of all-purpose flour with 1 ½ teaspoons of baking powder and ¼ teaspoon of salt.
  • Experiment with different cheeses for varying flavors!
