🦞 Cajun Lobster, Crab & Salmon Alfredo

Serves: 4
Prep Time: 20 mins
Cook Time: 25 mins

🧄 Ingredients:

Seafood:

  • 1 lobster tail (steamed or boiled, meat chopped)

  • 1/2 lb lump crab meat (fresh or canned, drained)

  • 2 salmon fillets (~6 oz each), skin removed, cubed

  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning (plus more for seasoning seafood)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter

Alfredo Sauce:

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream

  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Optional: pinch of smoked paprika or cayenne for heat

Pasta:

  • 12 oz fettuccine or linguine

  • Salted water for boiling

Optional Garnishes:

  • Fresh parsley, chopped

  • Grated Parmesan

  • Lemon wedges

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Cook the Pasta

  • Boil salted water and cook pasta according to package directions. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.

2. Season & Sear the Seafood

  • Pat dry the salmon, lobster, and crab.

  • Lightly season all with Cajun seasoning.

  • In a large skillet, heat 2 tbsp oil or butter over medium-high heat.

  • Sear salmon cubes until golden and cooked through (~3–4 minutes). Remove and set aside.

  • Briefly sauté lobster and crab meat (~1–2 minutes), just to warm and coat in flavor. Remove and set aside with salmon.

3. Make the Alfredo Sauce

  • In the same skillet, melt 3 tbsp butter. Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds until fragrant.

  • Pour in heavy cream, stirring constantly.

  • Simmer gently for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.

  • Stir in Parmesan cheese, and season with salt, pepper, and optional paprika or cayenne. Let it melt into a creamy sauce.

4. Combine Pasta & Sauce

  • Add drained pasta to the sauce and toss to coat. Use reserved pasta water to thin the sauce if needed.

5. Add Seafood

  • Gently fold in salmon, lobster, and crab meat. Warm through for 1–2 minutes.

6. Serve

  • Plate pasta, garnish with parsley, extra Parmesan, and a squeeze of lemon juice if desired.
