BUTTERBEER RECIPE

Here’s a creamy, frothy Butterbeer recipe inspired by the Harry Potter universe—no trip to Hogsmeade required!


🧈✨ Classic Butterbeer (Non-Alcoholic)

🥄 Ingredients:

For the Butterbeer:

  • 2 cups cream soda (chilled)

  • 2 tablespoons butterscotch syrup (like Smucker’s or homemade)

  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream or half-and-half

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Foam Topping:

  • ¼ cup heavy whipping cream

  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar

  • 1 tablespoon butterscotch syrup

  • Pinch of salt


🧃 Instructions:

  1. Make the Foam:

    • In a small bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form.

    • Add the powdered sugar, butterscotch syrup, and a tiny pinch of salt.

    • Continue whipping until it’s thick and fluffy, but still pourable.

  2. Make the Butterbeer:

    • In a large measuring cup or pitcher, stir together cream soda, butterscotch syrup, heavy cream, and vanilla extract.

    • Gently stir to combine. Don’t overmix to keep the fizz.

  3. Serve:

    • Pour Butterbeer into chilled mugs or glasses.

    • Spoon the butterscotch foam on top generously.
