Brownie Bomb Bars are a delightful dessert treat that combines the richness of brownies with various delicious fillings or toppings. Here’s a basic recipe to make Brownie Bomb Bars, but feel free to get creative with your favorite fillings:

Ingredients:

For the Brownie Base:

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

For the Filling (choose one or mix and match):

  • Creamy peanut butter
  • Chocolate chips
  • Caramel sauce
  • Chopped nuts (e.g., walnuts or pecans)
  • Marshmallow fluff

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal.
  2. Prepare the Brownie Batter: In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in the sugar until well combined. Allow the mixture to cool slightly.
  3. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, into the butter-sugar mixture. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Assemble the Brownie Bomb Bars: Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
