Blueberry Cheesecake Rolls are a delightful treat! Here’s a simple recipe for you to try:

Ingredients:

  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 can (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)
  • Optional: Lemon zest for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Spread a generous spoonful of the cream cheese mixture onto each triangle of dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Sprinkle a handful of blueberries over the cream cheese mixture on each triangle.
  6. Starting from the wide end, roll up each triangle of dough with the cream cheese and blueberry filling inside.
  7. Place the rolls in the prepared baking dish, seam side down.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven and allow the rolls to cool slightly.
  10. Dust the cooled rolls with powdered sugar.
  11. If desired, garnish with lemon zest for a pop of flavor and color.
  12. Serve warm and enjoy!
