Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or any yogurt of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup milk (or a dairy-free alternative like almond milk)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for a colder texture)

Instructions:

  1. Add the banana, blueberries, Greek yogurt, and milk to a blender.
  2. If you like your smoothie sweeter, add honey or maple syrup.
  3. Blend everything until smooth and creamy. If it’s too thick, add more milk until you reach your desired consistency.
  4. Add ice cubes if you want a colder or thicker texture and blend again.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
