Here’s a Berry Banana Weight Loss Smoothie that’s tasty, refreshing, and low in calories — perfect for boosting metabolism and staying full longer.


🍓 Berry Banana Weight Loss Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or water for fewer calories)

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (protein boost)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flaxseed (fiber & omega-3s)

  • Handful of spinach (optional – adds nutrients without changing taste)

  • Ice cubes (optional, for thickness)

  • Stevia or honey (optional, adjust to taste)


Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
