Here’s a quick and easy Banana and Oats Cup recipe — perfect for a single-serve healthy snack or breakfast:


🍌 Banana and Oats Mug Cup

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana (mashed)

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1 egg (or flax egg for vegan)

  • 1–2 tbsp milk (any kind)

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)

  • Pinch of salt

  • Optional: 1 tsp honey or maple syrup, nuts, chocolate chips


Instructions:

  1. Mash the banana in a microwave-safe mug.

  2. Add the oats, egg, milk, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until fully combined.

  3. Mix in any extras (chocolate chips, nuts, etc.).

  4. Microwave on high for 1½ to 2 minutes, until firm and cooked through.

  5. Cool slightly and enjoy warm!
