Baked Philly Cheesesteak Sliders are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or snack. Here’s a simple recipe for you to try:

Ingredients:

For the sliders:

  • 1 pound thinly sliced beef sirloin or ribeye
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 large bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 12 slider rolls or Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 12 slices provolone cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

For the marinade:

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

For the garlic butter glaze:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together all the marinade ingredients. Add the sliced beef and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add sliced onions and bell peppers, sautéing until they are soft and slightly caramelized. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, cook the marinated beef slices until browned. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat.
  5. Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom half in a baking dish.
  6. Arrange the cooked beef over the bottom half of the slider rolls. Top with the sautéed onions and bell peppers. Place a slice of provolone cheese over each portion.
  7. Place the top half of the slider rolls on top of the beef and cheese.
  8. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Brush this garlic butter mixture over the tops of the sliders.
  9. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and sliders are heated through.
  10. Remove from the oven, slice into individual sliders, and serve hot. Enjoy your delicious Baked Philly Cheesesteak Sliders!

Feel free to customize the recipe to suit your taste preferences, and you can add condiments like mayonnaise or mustard if desired.
