Baked Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges are a delicious and easy-to-make snack or side dish. Here’s a simple recipe for you to try:

Ingredients:

  • 4 large russet potatoes, washed and cut into wedges
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare Potatoes: Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into wedges. Pat them dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  3. Seasoning Mixture: In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, dried thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
  4. Coat Potatoes: Toss the potato wedges in the seasoning mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
  5. Arrange on Baking Sheet: Place the seasoned potato wedges on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
  6. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes or until the wedges are golden brown and crispy. Make sure to flip the wedges halfway through the baking time to ensure even cooking.
  7. Garnish and Serve: Once the potato wedges are done, remove them from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
  8. Optional Dipping Sauce: You can serve these wedges with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ketchup, garlic aioli, or sour cream.

Enjoy your Baked Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges! They make a great appetizer, snack, or side dish for any occasion
