Almond Flour Pizza Crust

Sure, here’s a simple recipe for almond flour pizza crust:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, salt, garlic powder, dried oregano, and baking soda. Mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and olive oil together.
  4. Pour the egg and oil mixture into the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
  5. Place the dough onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  6. Place another piece of parchment paper on top of the dough and use a rolling pin to roll it out into your desired pizza crust thickness.
  7. Remove the top parchment paper and shape the edges of the crust as desired.
  8. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until it starts to turn golden brown.
  9. Once the crust is done, remove it from the oven and add your desired toppings.
  10. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes, or until the toppings are cooked and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  11. Slice and serve your almond flour pizza crust hot. Enjoy!
