2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs if preferred)

1/2 cup flour

2 eggs

1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp paprika (optional for extra flavor)

Olive oil spray or cooking spray

Prep the Chicken

Slice the chicken breasts in half horizontally if thick (to create cutlets).

Pat dry with paper towels.

Set Up Breading Station

Bowl 1: Flour + salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika.

Bowl 2: Beaten eggs.

Bowl 3: Breadcrumbs.

Bread the Chicken

Dredge chicken in flour (shake off excess).

Dip into eggs (coat fully).

Press into breadcrumbs (pat to stick well).

Air Fry

Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3 minutes.

Spray both sides of the chicken with olive oil spray.

Place in air fryer basket in a single layer (don’t overcrowd).

Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Chicken is done when internal temp hits 165°F (74°C).
