Brown Sugar Grilled Pineapple is a delicious and simple dessert or side dish that combines the natural sweetness of pineapple with the caramelized richness of brown sugar. Here’s a basic recipe to make it:

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe pineapple
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar (you can adjust the amount based on your preference)
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter or coconut oil (optional)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: cinnamon, nutmeg, or other spices for extra flavor

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Peel the pineapple and cut it into slices or wedges, removing the core.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, melted butter or coconut oil (if using), salt, and any optional spices.
  4. Dip each pineapple slice into the brown sugar mixture, coating both sides evenly.
  5. Place the coated pineapple slices directly onto the grill grates.

  7. Remove the grilled pineapple from the grill and serve hot.
