Certainly! Here’s a simple recipe for Crab Fettuccine Alfredo:

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb lump crab meat
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer. Let it cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
  4. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until it’s fully melted and the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Gently fold in the lump crab meat, being careful not to break up the crab too much. Let it simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat the crab through.
  6. Add the cooked fettuccine pasta to the skillet, tossing it in the sauce until well coated.
  7. Serve the Crab Fettuccine Alfredo hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley and lemon wedges on the side if desired.
