CRAB SEAFOOD SALAD

Sure! Here’s a simple recipe for Crab Seafood Salad:

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of lump crab meat (fresh or canned)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped fresh herbs such as parsley or dill for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Mix well until smooth.
  2. Add the lump crab meat to the bowl and gently fold it into the mayonnaise mixture until the crab is evenly coated.
  3. Add the chopped red onion and celery to the bowl and gently mix them into the crab salad.
  4. Season the salad with salt and pepper to taste. Be careful not to over-season, as the crab meat can be delicate in flavor.
  5. Once everything is well combined, cover the bowl and refrigerate the crab seafood salad for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
