Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons oat flour (or any flour of your choice)

  1. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe banana until smooth.
  2. Add the egg to the mashed banana and whisk until well combined.
