  • 1 whole octopus (cleaned and gutted)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions:

  1. Prep the Octopus:
    • Rinse the octopus under cold water and pat it dry with paper towels.

    • Optionally, you can tenderize the octopus by freezing it for a few hours and then thawing before cooking. This helps to break down the tough fibers.
  2. Marinate:
