Ingredients:

  • 1 cup crab meat (canned or fresh, drained)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped water chestnuts (optional, for crunch)
  • Wonton wrappers or tortilla chips for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in the crab meat, chopped green onions, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and water chestnuts (if using).
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the top is golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
  7. Serve the Crab Rangoon Dip with wonton wrappers or tortilla chips.
