GARLIC BREAD IN THE AIR FRYER

Posted on February 2, 2024 by admin

Making garlic bread in the air fryer is a quick and easy way to achieve a crispy and flavorful result. Here’s a simple recipe for air fryer garlic bread:

Ingredients:

  • Baguette or Italian bread
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Prepare Garlic Butter: In a bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and a pinch of salt. Adjust the salt according to your taste.
  3. Slice the Bread: Cut the baguette or Italian bread into slices. Make sure not to cut all the way through, leaving the slices attached at the bottom for easy handling.
  4. Spread Garlic Butter: Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on both sides of each bread slice. Make sure to get the mixture into the crevices between slices.
  5. Wrap in Foil (Optional): You can wrap the garlic bread in aluminum foil to prevent it from becoming too crispy. This is optional and depends on your preference.
  6. Air Fry: Place the garlic bread in the air fryer basket. If wrapped in foil, make sure the foil is not covering the top. Air fry for about 5-7 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Check and Adjust: Check the garlic bread halfway through the cooking time. If you want it crispier, you can flip the slices and continue air frying for the remaining time.
  8. Optional Parmesan Topping: In the last minute of cooking, you can sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of the garlic bread for an extra layer of flavor. Allow it to melt and become golden.
  9. Serve: Once done, remove the garlic bread from the air fryer. Let it cool for a minute, then serve warm.

Enjoy your delicious homemade garlic bread from the air fryer! Adjust the cooking time based on your air fryer model and personal preferences for crispiness.
