1 (16.5 oz) roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough

3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

3 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup sour cream

1. Prep the Crust:

Press the sugar cookie dough evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. You can also press a little up the sides if desired.
