📝 INGREDIENTS:
Dry:

¾ cup (90g) all-purpose flour

½ cup (45g) unsweetened cocoa powder

¼ tsp salt
Wet:

½ cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted

1 cup (200g) granulated sugar

2 large eggs
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
Add-ins:

12–15 Oreo cookies, crushed or chopped

½ cup (90g) semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional for extra fudginess)
🍴 INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line an 8×8-inch (20x20cm) baking pan with parchment paper or grease it lightly. -
Mix dry ingredients:
In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt. -
Mix wet ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine melted butter and sugar until well mixed.
Add eggs and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and shiny. -
Combine wet & dry:
Gradually stir dry ingredients into the wet. Don’t overmix. -
Fold in goodies:
Gently fold in half of the crushed/chopped Oreos and chocolate chips. -
Pour & top:
Pour batter into the prepared pan.
Press the remaining Oreos on top. -
Bake:
