🍪 Quick Crumbl Cookies (Copycat)
Makes: 8 large cookies
Time: 30 minutes total (15 min prep, 15 min bake)
Ingredients:
For the Cookies:
-
½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
-
⅓ cup granulated sugar
-
½ cup brown sugar, packed
-
1 large egg
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
1¾ cups all-purpose flour
-
½ tsp baking soda
-
½ tsp baking powder
-
¼ tsp salt
-
¾ cup chocolate chips or other mix-ins (optional)
For a simple frosting (optional):
-
4 oz cream cheese, softened
-
2 tbsp butter, softened
-
1 cup powdered sugar
-
½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
-
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
-
In a large bowl, cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy (use a spoon or hand mixer).
-
Add egg and vanilla, mix until combined.
-
Stir in flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt until just combined — don’t overmix.
-
Fold in chocolate chips (or sprinkles, Oreos, etc.).
-
Divide dough into 8 large balls. Flatten slightly on the baking sheet — Crumbl cookies are big and thick!
-
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until edges are set and centers look just slightly underdone.
-
Cool on the pan for 10 minutes — they’ll finish setting.
Optional Frosting (for classic Crumbl style):
-
Beat all frosting ingredients until smooth.
-
Spread on completely cooled cookies.
