Here’s a delicious and easy recipe for Creamy Ranch Pork Chops — tender pork chops smothered in a rich, ranch-flavored cream sauce. Perfect for a comforting dinner!


🥘 Creamy Ranch Pork Chops Recipe

✅ Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless pork chops (about 1 inch thick)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter

  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 oz)

  • 1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half for a lighter version)

  • ½ cup chicken broth (optional for a thinner sauce)

  • 1 tsp garlic powder (optional for extra flavor)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


🔥 Instructions:

  1. Season the pork chops:

    • Sprinkle both sides with salt, pepper, and a little of the ranch seasoning (reserve the rest for the sauce).

  2. Sear the pork chops:

    • In a large skillet, heat olive oil or butter over medium-high heat.

    • Sear the pork chops for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from skillet and set aside.

  3. Make the creamy ranch sauce:

    • In the same skillet, lower heat to medium.

    • Add heavy cream, remaining ranch seasoning, garlic powder (if using), and chicken broth (if using).

    • Stir well and bring to a simmer.

  4. Combine & cook:

    • Return pork chops to the skillet, cover, and let simmer on low heat for 10–15 minutes, or until pork chops are cooked through (internal temp should be 145°F / 63°C).

    • Let sauce thicken slightly.

  5. Garnish and serve:

    • Sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired.

    • Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or steamed veggies.
