Here’s a simple and delicious recipe for Easy Breakfast Egg Muffins – perfect for meal prep or on-the-go mornings!


🧁 Easy Breakfast Egg Muffins

Servings: 12 muffins
Prep Time: 10 mins
Cook Time: 20 mins


🥚 Ingredients:

  • 10 large eggs

  • ½ cup milk (optional for fluffier muffins)

  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix)

  • 1 cup cooked chopped veggies (bell peppers, spinach, onions, mushrooms, etc.)

  • ½ cup cooked breakfast meat (bacon, sausage, or ham – optional)

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Non-stick spray or oil


🍳 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Grease a 12-cup muffin tin with non-stick spray or line with silicone liners.

  3. Whisk eggs in a large bowl. Add milk, salt, pepper, and mix well.

  4. Stir in cheese, veggies, and meat (if using).

  5. Pour egg mixture evenly into muffin cups, filling about ¾ full.

  6. Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until eggs are set and tops are slightly golden.

  7. Cool slightly, then remove from tin. Serve warm or refrigerate for up to 5 days.
