Here’s a quick and tasty recipe for Parmesan Garlic Pizza Rolls — perfect as a snack, party appetizer, or fun dinner!


🍕 Parmesan Garlic Pizza Rolls

Ingredients:

  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade dough)

  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni or chopped cooked sausage (optional)

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tbsp melted butter

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)


Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease a muffin tin.

  2. Roll Out Dough:
    Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle (about 10×14 inches).

  3. Assemble Rolls:
    Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly, then add pepperoni or sausage if using.

  4. Roll & Cut:
    Starting from the long side, roll the dough tightly into a log. Slice into 1-inch rolls (about 10–12 pieces).

  5. Bake:
    Place rolls on the baking sheet or in muffin tin cups. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden and bubbly.

  6. Make Garlic Butter:
    Mix melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan.

  7. Finish:
    Brush hot pizza rolls with the garlic-Parmesan butter mixture. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
