Here’s a bold, buttery seafood snack that’ll steal the show at any gathering:

Crabby Shrimp-Stuffed Garlic Bread Bombs

🧄 Ingredients:

For the Filling:

  • 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, chopped

  • 1/2 cup lump crab meat (drained, if canned)

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella

  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan

  • 1 green onion, finely chopped

  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • Pinch of chili flakes (optional)

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

For the Bread Bombs:

  • 1 can (8 count) refrigerated biscuit dough (like Pillsbury Grands)

  • 3 tbsp melted butter

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

  • Extra shredded cheese (optional for topping)

🔥 Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Mix the Filling:
In a bowl, combine shrimp, crab, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, green onion, garlic, Old Bay, and chili flakes. Season with salt and pepper. Mix until creamy.

  3. Assemble Bombs:
Flatten each biscuit round slightly. Add a heaping tablespoon of filling to the center. Pinch and seal the dough around it tightly to form a ball. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.

  4. Garlic Butter Glaze:
Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley. Brush generously over each dough ball.

  5. Optional Cheese Top:
Sprinkle a pinch of shredded mozzarella or Parmesan on top of each ball.

  6. Bake:
Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

  7. Serve Warm:
Best served fresh with lemon wedges or a creamy dipping sauce (like aioli or Cajun ranch).
