🍔 Cheeseburger Egg Rolls
Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, finely diced

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt & black pepper, to taste

1 tbsp ketchup

1 tbsp yellow mustard

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

12 egg roll wrappers
-
Oil for frying (vegetable or canola)
Optional for Serving:

Pickles (chopped and mixed in or on the side)

Dipping sauce: ketchup, fry sauce, or burger sauce

Cook Filling:

In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned and cooked through. Drain excess grease.

Stir in garlic powder, salt, pepper, ketchup, and mustard. Cook for 1–2 minutes more.

Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheese. Let cool slightly.

Assemble Egg Rolls:

Lay an egg roll wrapper with one corner pointing toward you (diamond shape).
