Chicken Ramen Stir Fry

Here’s a quick and flavorful Chicken Ramen Stir Fry recipe that’s perfect for a weeknight dinner:


🍜 Chicken Ramen Stir Fry

Ingredients:

  • 2 packs instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning)

  • 1 lb (450g) chicken breast or thighs, thinly sliced

  • 2 tablespoons oil (vegetable or sesame)

  • 1 cup broccoli florets

  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers (any color)

  • Β½ cup shredded carrots

  • 2 green onions, sliced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger (optional)

Sauce:

  • ΒΌ cup soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (or hoisin)

  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar or honey

  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar or lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  • 1–2 teaspoons sriracha or chili garlic sauce (optional)


Instructions:

  1. Cook the Ramen:

    • Boil the noodles for 2–3 minutes until just tender. Drain and toss with a little sesame oil to prevent sticking.

  2. Cook the Chicken:

    • Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

  3. Stir Fry the Veggies:

    • In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil. Toss in garlic, ginger, and vegetables. Stir fry for 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.

  4. Combine:

    • Return chicken to the pan. Add cooked noodles. Pour in the sauce and toss everything to coat evenly. Stir fry for another 1–2 minutes.

  5. Serve:

    • Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds if desired. Serve hot!
