Cranberry Honey Butter

Here’s a simple and delicious Cranberry Honey Butter recipe — perfect for spreading on warm biscuits, toast, pancakes, or holiday rolls!


🧈 Cranberry Honey Butter Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened

  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1/2 tsp orange zest (optional, but highly recommended for a bright citrusy note)

  • Pinch of salt


Instructions:

  1. Soften cranberries:
    Soak the dried cranberries in hot water for 5 minutes to soften. Drain and finely chop.

  2. Mix ingredients:
    In a medium bowl, beat the softened butter using a hand mixer (or stir vigorously with a spatula) until smooth and fluffy.

  3. Add flavorings:
    Mix in the chopped cranberries, honey, orange zest, and a pinch of salt. Blend until well combined.

  4. Chill and store:
    Spoon into a ramekin or form into a log using plastic wrap. Chill for 1 hour to firm up before serving.
